ABOUT DANIELA

Born and raised in Switzerland, I moved to the United States in 2003. I was always a creative person. Even as a child, my mother and I would spend countless hours creating necklaces by soldering silver wire and adding stones.

Originally, I trained as a nurse and practiced for 10 years in Switzerland prior to arriving in the United States. Starting a new life in a new country inspired me to follow my childhood dream shifting my interests towards the world of metal-, goldsmithing and jewelry design. What started out as a hobby, turned after a couple of years into a business. My training includes studying with renown teachers at Jewelry Arts Inc. NYC and obtaining a diploma as a diamond setter and engraver from the internationally acclaimed Jewelry Institute of America (JIA). In 2023 I was a finalist in the Milano Jewelry Week.

I get the inspiration for my jewelry pieces from nature surrounding me. My heart and thoughts are mirrored in each and every piece. For me, jewelry is art and the customer wearing my pieces is expressing their style and personality. I am deeply honored and grateful that you see yourself reflected in my pieces. It is a privilege for me to create these pieces for you.

I am thrilled to announce that I just opened my first jewelry store. If you are in the area, stop by so that you can see my beautiful pieces in person. I would love to meet you. The store is located at 261 E Putnam Ave, Cos Cob, CT.
